From begining to end, Haven Artistry strives to make the design process of your project an enjoyable and collaborative one. Here are some things you can expect:

Consultation
When setting up your consultation appointment, we'll ask some initial questions regarding your project. If you have a specific idea of what it is you want, it is helpful to gather any reference pictures to share during the consultation. If you are able to provide reference pictures prior to the consultation via email, that will further help prepare more specifically for the meeting. But don't worry if you are still unsure of you are looking for.  We can assist you in all aspects of the design process and offer creative ideas and solutions. In general, consultations will last about an hour during which we will share our portfolio of finishes, reference images and a variety of paint samples to view and choose from. If planning for a mural or custom finish, measurements will be taken as well as photos of the space(s) involved. If you have a set budget for your project, it is helpful to provide this at the time of consultation so that we can ensure a beautiful option within your budget.

Price of Consultations & Custom Samples:
Initial consultations are free but if custom samples or drawings are needed, there is a sample design fee for each project. This fee is required up front and in non-refundable. However, 50% of the design fee is refunded to the client when the project is completed. Samples take a minimum of one week to complete. We will call you when they are ready and schedule a follow-up appointment to view them. All samples remain the property of Haven Artistry.

Project Pricing:
Project pricing is rarely provided on the spot as many factors are considered. Once your project is narrowed down/chosen and measurements taken at your consultation, we will prepare a price quote for you within a few days. Pricing for decorative murals and painting considers materials needed, preparation and design time, execution length, and level of detail etc. While prices are not negotiable as they are a true cost calculation of said project. However, projects may be scaled down, simplified or altered to conform to budget restrictions. Our price is valid for 90 days from date of the estimate.

Scheduling Your Project:
The project is set and you're ready to begin.  In order to schedule your project, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price is required. The final balance due upon completion of job.
